Challenge:
Take part in the structuring of the first B2B focused department in one of the biggest advertising agencies in Brazil, create and lead the Content and Social Media team and lead institutional content.
What was done:
- Content strategy to raise awareness about our new department, showing structure, mindset and positioning it as a vanguard in sector;
- We point out the trends in the B2B Marketing market in presentations;
- Release of a book showcasing our mindset for B2B Marketing;
- Publication of content and video reels with our cases;
- Development and management of a Content team with professionals from different backgrounds and profiles, to serve B2B clients from different sectors.
Results:
We started the challenge with just two clients and, in a year and a half, we conquered nine more clients. F.biz’s B2B department has become the main reference in Brazilian market.
